Kings Park Festival Poster Exhibition
This exhibition and competition is open to all WA school students and is free to enter. This year's theme is ‘Wildflowers in Focus’ and the top 50 entries will be exhibited during the Kings Park Festival. Entries must be submitted in person to Kings Park Administration, Fraser Avenue, West Perth by Friday 10 August 2012. Read more…

Storytime in Kings Park
Kindergarten students can join our friendly Bush Guardians for a unique storytime in Rio Tinto Naturescape Kings Park during Book Week from 18 - 24 August 2012. Make a booking today and they will enjoy a tale about our bushland friends, complete a craft activity and then set off for a short journey to explore their homes. Read more...
New Solar Energy Program
Students from Years 5 to 8 can now explore how plants, animals and people use the sun’s energy in the new Solar Powered Life program. Learn about threats such as climate change and engage in a climate watch trail observing species and collecting real data. Escape to Nature Sundowner – Professional Learning
Learn about our new education programs and facilities to ensure a safe and fantastic excursion for your class. Term 3 sundowner dates are 2 August and 6 September 2012 from 4 pm – 6 pm.
